Unwanted goods may be returned for a refund, exchanges are not currently available unless your item is deemed faulty or you require a different size. To exchange your original item for a different product / range please place a new order through our website and return your original item to be refunded following the guidelines below. This has proven to be the most effective route for you to receive your ideal choice as swiftly as possible.

All items must be returned within 30 days of the dispatch date shown on the dispatch email we originally sent you. Items returned outside of this period will be issued with a credit note to be used against future purchases - this credit note will expire 12 months from issue.

Please note that the return costs will not be reimbursed. Postage or other return costs will be the customer's responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
